Clayton Keller’s hat trick powered Team USA to a 7-2 preliminary round win against Denmark in the IIHF World Championships in Cologne, Germany. Charlie McAvoy assisted on Keller’s first goal and Jack Eichel also picked up an assist. Team USA next faces Sweden on Monday in a game that will air on NHL Network at 2 p.m. ET.
