Junior wing Luke Tuch has been added to the roster for the U.S. Junior National Team evaluation camp, which begins this Sunday at USA Arena in Plymouth, Michigan. He'll join sophomore Ty Gallagher and freshman Lane Hutson who had been named previously. Tuch, a Montreal draft pick in 2020 draft and Hutson, selected in the third round last month, recently participated in the Canadians' development camp. .

Director of hockey development Adam Nicholas provided him with some new tools that he plans to use to his advantage and impress the Team USA brass.
"Adam is definitely ahead of the game when it comes to hockey development. He thinks the game a lot differently than a lot of other skills coaches. He pretty much takes his stuff from the best players in the world and what they're doing, watches a ton of film, and then feeds it right to us," explained Tuch, a second-round selection (47th overall) in 2020. "Picking his brain all week and getting to know him was really special. It made me better and had me thinking the game a little bit differently both with the puck and away from the puck."
Tuch, a unanimous Hockey East All-Rookie selection as a freshman, had six goals, four assists and a team high +10 in 26 games last season

Junior netminder Drew Commesso joined the CHGO Blackhawks podcast during last week's development camp. A second round draft pick in 2020, Commesso discussed his busy 2021-22 season, which included wearing Team USA colors in the cancelled-early-on World Junior Championship, at the Winter Olympics in Beijing and finally at the IIHF World Championships. He also emphasized his current focus on the upcoming BU season and his work with the Terrier strength & conditioning staff to add 10 pounds of muscle.
Senior Wilmer Skoog's pair of lacrosse goals last season are in the Hockey East Plays of the Year competition and thanks to fan voting has moved to the second round.

Women's Team
Terriers announced their 2022-23 schedule which features 16 home dates, early season games with two ECAC foes and a trip to Nevada for the Las Vegas Thanksgiving. Two weeks after an exhibition game against Univ. of Moncton, BU opens the season at home on Oct. 7 vs. RPI and the next night hosting Union. The Hockey East schedule begins the following weekend with a home-and-home against New Hampshire.
The day after Thanksgiving the Terriers face off against Yale in the opening round of the Vegas tournament. They'll meet Minnesota or Penn State on Nov. 26.
